Synopsis	According to his Master’s orders, protagonist Nam Murin goes to Red Cloud in the Liaodong territory, where people are constantly harassed, and lives there. Nam Murin, who is righteous by nature, meets Na Suyeon of the Na Sect and saves her from slave traders. Na Suyeon offers him money in return for saving her life, but Nam Murin says that a fake jade bracelet is enough and parts ways with her.   Ten years later, Na Suyeon becomes strong just like Nam Murin said she would and visits Red Cloud again to try and find him.   She finally found him after a long search. But he was not the same righteous and cool man she remembered. He had become a ruffian and fallen into bad habits involving alcohol, women, and gambling. He didn’t even recognize Na Suyeon.   Disappointed, Na Suyeon wanted to give him money to settle their past debt. However, Nam Murin had not forgotten her and had survived the last 10 years through his memories of her.   He had pretended not to recognize her because she was the eldest child of the Na Family Sect and he had received a letter from the head of the family. The letter had asked him to be mean to her so she would give up, and he accepted her family’s request.     In return for granting their request, Nam Murin asked the prospector for help in opening a sect. The prospector thought his request was ridiculous until he saw Nam Murin defeat the last ruffians in the Red Cloud and changed his mind. Nam Murin’s subordinates were soldiers, and the ruffians he hired as the school masters looked to be the best.   In the meantime, Na Suyeon goes to the guesthouse to drink in disappointment, but when the people of Red Cloud begin to defend Nam Murin in their drunken state, she changes her mind and goes back out to see the real Nam Murin.    Nam Murin’s close friend and subordinate, Gwan Heowol, promises to help Na Suyeon out of the blue. While hiding with the help of Gwan Heowol, Na Suyeon overhears the conversation between Nam Murin and the prospector and learns that he has not forgotten her, so she decides to stay close and help him.   Nam Murin agrees to enter the Na Sect and act as an outside force, but when an unexpected guest suddenly appears he has to leave. This unexpected guest was a unit sent by the head of the Hwang Family Sect, Hwang Bogwon, to capture Na Suyeon’s first love, Nam Murin. Hwang Bogwon secretly kills Nam Murin, who stole Na Suyeon’s heart, and follows the dejected Suyeon to try and steal her heart. However, Nam Murin defeats the group set out to kidnap him and overcomes Hwang Bogwon’s uncle, a high level master.   This proves that Nam Murin has the same skills as the top 20 members of their group, allowing him to join the Na Sect.
